Eligibility

The platform is intended for institutional users and authorized compliance professionals.

Platform Description

TRACE Agent provides blockchain forensic analytics and investigative automation tools. It does not provide legal advice or financial services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful compliance purposes
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Ensure regulatory compliance within their jurisdiction

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use the system for unlawful surveillance
• Submit false or misleading information

Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of submitted wallet addresses and case data. TraceLayer retains ownership of platform IP.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Compliance & Regulatory Use

TRACE Agent supports but does not replace regulatory judgment. Filing SARs remains the responsibility of the customer institution.

Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including software, documentation, and the TRACE Agent interface, are the exclusive property of TraceLayer Inc.

Limitation of Liability

TraceLayer’s liability is limited to the amount paid under the subscription agreement.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify TraceLayer against claims arising from their use of the platform in violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate access under contractual terms defined in the primary service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of TraceLayer's corporate headquarters.
